We To determine the organization goals, planning, organizing and observing the implementation of the plans of the financial department according to the internal rules of the company, the regulations and laws in force.

We To review payment vouchers and ensure its completion before the exchange.

We To provide a plan and mechanism of internal control for the financial and accounting operations and procedures, and insure its validity.

We To observe, control and approve all journal vouchers prior to their registration in the records.

We To issue the monthly and annual general budget.

We To check with the legal auditor with respect to periodic audits.

We To supervise the Head Cashier and daily cash flow in coordination with the Chief Accountant.

We To review bank statements.

We To follow the reports of General Authority of ZAKAT & Tax.

We To participate in the preparation of all financial reports of the company.

We To put mechanism to calculate the costs of all products and goods.

WE To observe ERP application usage in the Financial Department and within all financial matters.

We To calculate the costs of raw materials and packaging materials used in the company before entering into the production process.

We To calculate the costs of all final products and compare the cost price with the selling price.

We To provide budgets and reports of projects to be undertaken in coordination with the relevant departments.

We All needed financial and accounting business required by the department.

We Financial lists analysis.

We Analyzing monthly and annual sales and profits and making recommendations.

We Experience in inventory work and setting up an integrated system for it.

WE Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transaction.

We Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.

 

Skills
Proven experience as a Financial Director 15- 20 years .

Experience Must in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst

BS/MA degree in Finance.

*Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

*Has experience and worked on a financial system and supervised an implementation such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle system & ability to manage projects
